  • The mix is a powder which comes in various flavors, including wild berry, dutch chocolate and kosher. Each serving has around nine grams of protein and 19 essential vitamins and minerals.

  • The Formula 2 Multivitamin Complex is in tablet form; you are instructed to take one with each meal three times per day.

  • Cell Activator comes in capsules form; you are expected to take three each day.

  • Products can be purchased on Herbalife's official website. Most prefer to drink protein drinks. Each one of the shakes is intended to be taken as a substitute for regular meals throughout the course of the individual's day.

    Generally, a person drinks protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and eat a regular, nutritious meal for dinner.
