What Is Healthy Eating?

What is healthy eating? If you know exactly what healthy eating is then, believe it or not, you are one of the minority.

Our health, our ability to enjoy life and the way we feel on a daily basis has everything to do with nutrition so it is important to address this question right now.

What is healthy eating

Healthy eating is actually nothing to do with dieting. This is one of the most common misconceptions around and probably one that you have. Eating healthily does not mean that you have to be on a diet or even looking to lose weight.
