If you want to save your time I will recommend Trader Joe's Quick-Cook Organic Brown Basmati Rice or Trader Joe's frozen organic brown rice. It will take 10-15 minutes to make this rice ready.
You're getting the benefits of the brown rice and you not going to spend a lot of time for cooking.
Diet tip 2.
If you don’t have fresh tomatoes I recommend to use Eden Organic diced tomatoes.
And because they are organic you will get almost a double level of flavonoids, compare to conventionally grown tomatoes. Flavonoids are phytonutrients that fight inflammation and prevent certain type of cancer.
Diet tip 3.
For BBQ sauce look for brand without monosodium-glutamate and any artificial ingredients.
