MONDAY

Free online diet plan for your first day

  • Breakfast: Make your protein shake. I suggest Herbalife's protein shakes and protein powder ( 2 scoops of protein shake, 2 scoops of protein powder) mixed together with 1 cup of fat free milk or soy milk, or juice with added blueberry (1/2 cup) and strawberry (1/2 cup)

  • A.M. Snack: Herbalife's protein chicken soup mix with chopped vegetables

  • Lunch: Your protein shake mix and one fresh nectarine

  • P.M. Snack: Protein bar Deluxe from Herbalife

  • Dinner: Turkey breast stew (6 oz) with vegetables: green beans, squash, celery and onion, tossed salad with low-fat Italian dressing, 1/2 cup of brown rice and one orange

TUESDAY

  • Breakfast: Your protein shake mix and 1 banana.

  • A.M. Snack: Protein bar Deluxe from Herbalife

  • Lunch: Your protein shake mix and blueberry (1/2 cup) and strawberry (1/2 cup).

  • P.M. Snack: Protein bar Deluxe from Herbalife and one apple.

  • Dinner: Turkey burger (6oz.) on half of whole-grain bun with seasonings, tossed salad with lettuce, onion, tomato with low fat dressing and steamed vegetables (2 cup).

WEDNESDAY

Free online diet plan: your third day

  • Breakfast: Your protein shake mix and 1/2 banana

  • A.M. Snack: Protein bar Deluxe from Herbalife and 2 plums

  • Lunch: Your protein shake mix and fresh pear

  • P.M. Snack: Herbalife's soy nuts (1 packet) and 1 apple

  • Dinner: Grilled chicken breast (6 oz.) with BBQ sauce, 2 cups steamed broccoli seasoned with garlic and lemon juice, tossed salad with low fat Italian dressing.

THURSDAY

  • Breakfast: 7 egg whites omelet, scrambled with chives, scallion and tomato, hot red pepper sauce, 1 slice whole-grain toast, half of mango

  • A.M. Snack: Protein bar Deluxe from Herbalife and 1 cup of blackberry

  • Lunch: Your protein shake mix and 1 kiwi

  • P.M. Snack: Herbalife's protein chicken soup mixed with chopped vegetables

  • Dinner: Your protein shake mix and half of grapefruit.


FRIDAY

  • Breakfast: Your protein shake mix and 3 fresh apricots

  • A.M. Snack: Protein bar Deluxe from Herbalife and 1 cup diced pineapple

  • Lunch: 1 cup vegetable soup made from pumpkin, red pepper, tomato, onion and herbs with 1 tsp. virgin coconut oil, lean red meat (3 oz.) with 2 cups steamed cabbage, half cup of whole grain pasta with light dressing and 1 cup watermelon balls

  • P.M. Snack: Herbalife's soy nuts (1 packet) and 1 cup tomato juice

  • Dinner: Your protein shake mix and 1 cup of raspberries.

SATURDAY

  • Breakfast: Nonfat cottage cheese (1 cup) mixed with 1 cup cucumber and 1 slice of multi-grain bread, toasted and 1 cup spicy vegetable juice, one half cup of blueberries

  • A.M. Snack: Protein bar Deluxe from Herbalife and 1 cup of cantaloupe

  • Lunch: Your protein shake mix and half of banana

  • P.M. Snack: Herbalife's protein chicken soup, 3 oz. chicken breast rotisserie salad mixed with cucumber, tomato, iceberg lettuce, onion, olive oil and vinegar

  • Dinner: Your protein shake mix and 1 cup fresh fruit salad.

SUNDAY-Congratulation! Free online diet plan for last day.

  • Breakfast: Your protein shake mix and 1 kiwi

  • A.M. Snack: Protein bar Deluxe from Herbalife and 1 orange

  • Lunch: Your protein shake mix and 1 cup of grapes

  • P.M. Snack: Herbalife's protein chicken soup with 1 cup cooked mushrooms

  • Dinner: Ocean-caught fish, grilled (6 oz.) with low-sodium soy sauce, 1 cup steamed broccoli and 1 cup steamed cauliflower, tossed green salad with low fat dressing, 1/2 cup of wild or brown rice and 1 baked apple with cinnamon.
